Refunds and calendar changes
These rules apply to Sourcepilotpath reporting engagements. They do not describe physical goods, subscriptions, or media buying, because we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for a named engagement that has not been delivered, subject to the timelines below. Informational pages on this website are free; there is nothing to refund for reading them.
Timeframe
Ask by telephone or email using the contact details. We confirm in writing. Requests made before the kickoff conversation on a flagship report, or more than five business days before a tagging review or reading session, are eligible for a full refund of sums received for that engagement.
Full or partial refund
If we have already sent a data-request list or begun assembling tables, we refund the unused remainder after deducting time already spent, billed at $160 per hour against the deposit, with a written hours note. If the PDF has been delivered, the report fee is earned. Monthly briefings are refunded only for months we have not started; a month whose files we have opened is charged.
Non-refundable items
Third-party room hire you arranged is yours to unwind. Travel already purchased for a session outside Forsyth County is non-refundable unless the carrier refunds us, in which case we pass that amount through.
Process
Email contact@sourcepilotpath.digital with the engagement name and the date on our confirmation. We reply with the proposed refund amount. No form is used.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, typically within ten business days after approval. Bank timelines after that are outside our control.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a walkthrough or reading session once, with five business days’ notice, at no fee. Later changes, or a second change, may be charged $150 for the calendar disruption. We may reschedule if a writer is ill; you may then wait for the new date or cancel for a full refund of that session.
Deposits
The flagship report deposit holds the three-week window. If you withdraw before kickoff, the deposit is refunded in full. After kickoff, the deposit is applied to hours as described above.
No-shows
If nobody from your side attends a booked walkthrough or reading session and you have not cancelled, that session fee is earned. We will still send any recap we can write from the existing report.
Work already started
Draft pages, channel maps, and collision lists produced before cancellation remain Sourcepilotpath work product unless the engagement was paid in full. We will not leave you without a copy of files you originally sent us.
Purchased materials
We do not sell printed kits. If we print teaching copies for a reading session and you cancel late, printing costs actually incurred may be deducted. There are no shipped products on this site.
Exceptions
If we cannot staff the engagement we accepted, you receive a full refund of sums paid for that engagement. Local utility availability through Veve is not a Sourcepilotpath paid engagement; refunds for that listing follow Veve’s own terms.
