Parties

Sourcepilotpath provides written marketing attribution reports and related sessions from 1506CountyLineRd Cumming Georgia(GA) 30040. You are the organization or person requesting that work or reading this site.

Nature of the work

Engagements produce informational documents and conversations about paid and organic channel activity you already ran. Sourcepilotpath is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. We do not hold funds, access private keys, execute transactions, or give investment advice.

Text, layout, and original charts on this site belong to Sourcepilotpath except where a third-party licence applies (including photographs from public image hosts). You may not copy report language from sample pages and present it as your internal audit.

No professional privilege beyond the engagement letter

A commissioned report is a work product for the named client. It is not a certification of media quality, a guarantee of future results, or permission to use another company’s marks. Names that appear in files you send (including Binance or character names) are recorded as labels only.

Acceptable use of the website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs others, or present the local utility as a means to move money. This site does not serve installers. Any availability link for the local utility points to Veve.

Fees and calendar

Rates on the pricing page are informational. A fee becomes due according to the written confirmation we send by email. Deposits hold dates. Refunds follow the refund page.

Liability

Reports are based on files you supply. We are not liable for decisions you make about media spend, hiring, or any asset. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States (GE), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
